Refund policy
Unfortunately in most cases we do not allow returns. However, if you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at marumaruhawaii808@gmail.com and we will try to help. To be eligible for an exchange, your regular priced item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Sale, clearance or used merchandise is not eligible. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You may be responsible for covering shipping costs. Damage during shipping does not qualify for an exchange. You will need to contact the carrier direct. Thank you very much for your understanding!
