Cafe 100 x MaruMaru Hawaii Collab Canvas Tote Bag
Whenever anyone comes to visit Hilo, one of the must-do's is getting a loco moco from Cafe 100! They have been the "home of the loco moco" since 1946 and their long-standing history and contributions to our local community makes Cafe 100 an icon in Hilo!
MaruMaru Hawaii is honored and humbled to collaborate with Cafe 100 to create this sweet tote bag! We hope it captures that "loco moco love" that can only be found in our special hometown of Hilo!
Fun fact...if you've ever been to Cafe 100, you're probably familiar with those cute drawings that they have everywhere? Well they're all drawn by Kay Shintani, one of the daughters of Richard Miyashiro (Cafe 100 founder). We definitely wanted to incorporate her signature look, so the "loco moco" image on the tote bag is based off one of her illustrations!
This bag measures 19" wide and 14" tall with a 5-1/2" bottom gusset, plus it's made of a 10oz cotton canvas, so it's durable and big enough for a grocery tote, beach bag, or holo holo tote!
